Last year, we decided to introduce a new monthly pairing. Before You Dine: Antipasto with Wine A Wine & Food Paring March has quickly become one of our favorite wine and food pairings all year. Dare I say that we have been waiting for March to arrive just to celebrate our nod to Italy’s fine appetizers? Well its true.
